Non-Medical and Non-Clinical Services
Harmony Passage does not provide medical care, nursing services, clinical treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or any form of licensed healthcare service. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical care. We do not engage in patient care, clinical assessments, or treatment planning.
No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Harmony Passage does not provide legal, financial, or estate planning advice. We do not draft, interpret, or execute legal documents, including but not limited to advance directives, wills, or power of attorney documents. Advance Care Planning Limitations
Harmony Passage may provide general education and supportive guidance related to advance care conversations and values clarification. However, we do not complete, interpret, or implement medical orders, advance directives, or legally binding documents. We do not act as healthcare agents or decision-makers unless formally and legally designated through appropriate legal channels.
Care Navigation and Support Boundaries
Our care navigation and support services are non-clinical in nature. We may assist with understanding options, preparing for conversations, and supporting communication; however, we do not provide case management, clinical care coordination, or medical oversight. Our role is to support understanding and communication, not to direct or manage care.
No Provider-Patient Relationship
Engaging with Harmony Passage does not establish a provider-patient, therapist-client, or fiduciary relationship. Participation in our services is voluntary, and clients retain full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
Emergency Situations
Harmony Passage does not provide emergency services. In the event of a medical, psychiatric, or life-threatening emergency, individuals should immediately contact 911 or a licensed healthcare provider.
Service Availability
Services may be offered in person or virtually, depending on availability and applicable state and local laws. Access to services may vary by location. Clients are responsible for ensuring that participation in services complies with their local regulations.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns. Harmony Passage provides supportive guidance only and does not make decisions on behalf of clients.
Limitation of Liability
Harmony Passage shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided as supportive resources, and clients assume full responsibility for their decisions.
